Sharon grew up in England and earned her BA in English and Education at Chichester University. After teaching in public schools in the UK, she relocated to the US and taught in three of the Nord Anglia network of international schools, including the British School of Chicago, the British School of Houston, and World Class Learning Academy, New York.
Over the course of her 20+ year career, Sharon has had extensive teaching and management experience, carrying out the roles of Assistant Principal and Division Head. She has experience of both independent and charter schools in the US, working at Citizens of the World Charter Schools in Los Angeles, before joining Turning Point School in 2019.
