SUMMER READING CLUB |

This
is a great new summer reading club for students who are reading easy chapter
books. If your child can't read at least some of the book alone, the 100
Best Picture Books would be a better choice for reading club. K-1 students
must read on their own with SOME help from parents at least 4 of any series
books in this list. Level 2 students must read at least 5, and Level 3
must read 6 books. Most of the series have a reading level that is the
same throughout, but the levels in some series vary. After reading the
books, make a list of the books read, sign it and return to Mrs. Monkkonen
in the fall. We will celebrate with an ice cream party ! Get ready for
some "SERIOUS SERIES" READING!
