Submit your completed application for
admission and the $75 application fee to the school office.
The Admissions Assistant will contact you to schedule and appointment

attend a Classroom Observation, from 8:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Complete and sign the Request for Student Records and send it directly
to the applicant's current and previous schools (if applicable).
Prospective Candidates for the Primary Division who are enrolled full
or part-time in a preschool program must request that the current school
complete and send us a Preschool Evaluation Form. Prospective Candidates
for the Elementary Division, K-5, and Middle School must submit official
copies of all transcripts, including standardized test scores and report
cards, together with as two recommendation forms (one from a current and
one from last year's teacher), and one completed Administrative Recommendation
before the applicant will be considered for admission. In addition, Middle
School applicants must submit the Student Questionnaire completed by the
applicant and take the ISEE exam. Official results of the test must be
sent directly to sent to us by ISEE. Our registration number is 054174.
Student Interviews will be conducted in January, February, and March (advancement
to this stage of the process does not guarantee admission).
After you have submitted all required paperwork, have attended
a Classroom Observation, and been notified of your child's Student Interview
date, call our office to arrange a Parent Interview with the Head of School
or Director of Admissions.
For the Primary Division and K-1: In order to maintain a balance in our
classroom groupings, openings are not filled on a "first-come/first-served"
basis. Applications received by the January 1st deadline will be given
first priority. In the event we are unable to place your child due to
space constraints, you may have the option of remaining in the wait pool
for an appropriate opening for your child. Enrollment preference is given
to qualified siblings of currently enrolled students,
but is not guaranteed.
For the Elementary and Middle School Divisons: All students whose applications
have been received by February 1 will be considered for the first
placement and families will be notified of the Admission Committee's decision
by the end of March.
The school admits children without regard to race, creed, color, or
national and ethnic origin.
If a child is a sibling of a current student or the child of a faculty member and is within a few weeks of the age cutoff, we will consider placement, but we cannot guarantee it.
To request an application packet, please e-mail
us with the following information: Your child's name, gender, birthdate,
current grade level (if applicable), current school (if applicable), together
with Parents' names, mailing address, phone number, and please tell us
