  Computer learning centers create opportunity for exploration and familiarization with keyboards and creative software.
k-1 Weekly classes are scheduled for use of the computer lab in grade levels K1 through 8. Keyboarding, word processing, spread sheet, Power Point, Web authoring, Photoshop, and Internet research skills are taught through incorporation of technology into projects in core subject areas. PCs, laptops, VCRs, and projection systems provide opportunity for further tech literacy in the classroom.

Responsible use of technology and proper computer and Internet etiquette are integral.

7th In addition to regular weekly classes to build overall technology literacy, students may chose an elective in Multimedia Production.

Multimedia Design

Students in Levels 7 and 8 may choose to advance their computer skills by taking up to three semesters of electives, such as Multimedia Design, containing instruction in animation and sound design. Often, students have the opportunity to test their newly acquired skills by helping with performing arts shows or presentations.
